School Strategic Plan

Killingly Public Schools utilizes a three year district-wide Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) to ensure the full implementation of initiatives to facilitate systematic change.  This plan has been created both to assess the needs of the students and staff in the district as a whole and to increase the achievement of ALL students.  The final plan has presented by the superintendent and approved by the Killingly BOE. This CIP is effective for a three-year period and is be reviewed and revised tri-annually.

The purpose of the CIP is to guide the school improvement effort of the school. Each Killingly Public school has a team that collaborates to address the needs of the local school through their school’s CIP.
