Behavior Expectations
First-Then and Token Board
Visual cues such as the first-then board help our students to know what their current job is and what is coming next. We use token boards to positively reward behavior we want to see more of and to help students to learn to delay gratification as they wait for their 'big earn' i.e. 'what I'm working for'.
