Below are the directions to the different schools or fields that we will play on listed alphabetically. Please note that these may not be the most direct routes. Based on that, we have included the school addresses for you to put into your phone or GPS system.
ASHFORD MIDDLE SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Take a RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple street and route 101. Turn RIGHT on 101 (going towards Pomfret) for approximately 4 Miles (You will pass Backer’s Dozen on left). At this point Route 101 will turn into Route 44 (By Putnam Bank on RIGHT). Continue for approximately 10.8 Miles. TURN RIGHT on Route 89. (You will pass the MIDWAY Restaurant on the LEFT. At the bottom of the hill is where you will take a RIGHT. IF you pass the Cumberland Farms you have gone too far!) Travel approximately 2 miles and the school will be on your RIGHT.
DR.HELEN BALDWIN MIDDLE SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple/Maple Street and route 101 (By 4Gs Pizza). Go STRAIGHT on Upper Maple/Maple Street (crossing 101) continue until you reach the light at the intersection of Maple Street and Route 6. Turn RIGHT on route 6, going towards Brooklyn (West). Travel for approximately 3.5 miles and turn LEFT at the center of Brooklyn on to ROUTE169 (there is a stop light). Continue on ROUTE 169 for approximately 0.3 miles and bear right (this is still ROUTE 169). Continue for approximately 6.2 miles. At the Stop light turn RIGHT (there is a grocery store and Dunkin Donuts at the corner) Travel approximately 0.2 miles and the school is on the RIGHT.
IF you wish to travel I395 from KIS:
Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple/Maple Street and route 101 (By 4Gs Pizza) and Turn LEFT on Route 101 going towards Killingly Commons / I-395 for approximately 1 mile. Get on I-395 South and travel for approximately 8.6 miles and take Exit 32 CT Route 14 (Sterling/Moosup). Turn RIGHT onto CT Route 14. At the Stoplight you will turn RIGHT onto ROUTE 12 for approximately 0.5 miles. Just before the RAILROAD TRACKS bare LEFT onto SCHOOL ST (CT ROUTE 14). Travel approximately 5 miles. At the Stoplight (there is a grocery store and Dunkin Donuts at the corner) proceed STRAIGHT and Travel approximately 0.2 miles and the school is on the RIGHT.
BROOKLYN MIDDLE SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple/Maple Street and route 101 (By 4Gs Pizza). Go STRAIGHT on Upper Maple/Maple Street (crossing 101) continue until you reach the light at the intersection of Maple Street and Route 6. Turn RIGHT on route 6, going towards Brooklyn (West), for approximately 2 miles. At the light turn LEFT (there is a left hand turn lane) onto Prince Hill Road; Continue STRAIGHT (Prince Hill Road will turn into Gorman Road) for approximately 1 mile and the school is on the right. NOTE: There is a new TRAFFIC FLOW at Brooklyn school. Please ENTER at SCHOOL Street (It is the third road on your RIGHT leading into the schools). You will then travel around the back of the schools until you reach the middle school parking lot. PLEASE DRIVE SLOW!!!
GRISWOLD MIDDLE SCHOOL:

From KIS: Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple/Maple Street and route 101 (By 4Gs Pizza) and Turn LEFT on Route 101 going towards Killingly Commons / I-395 for approximately 1 mile. Get on I-395 South and travel for approximately 18.5 miles and take Exit 22 CT Route 138. At the top of the ramp, TURN RIGHT on 138 (you will see an American Lodge and Suites). Travel for approximately .5 (1/2) mile. Griswold Schools are on the left. CROSS COUNTRY MEETS START DOWN BY THE HS FOOTBALL FIELD.
PLAINFIELD CENTRAL SCHOOL:

From KIS: Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple/Maple Street and route 101 (By 4Gs Pizza) and Turn LEFT on Route 101 going towards Killingly Commons / I-395 for approximately 1 mile. Get on I-395 South and travel for approximately 11 miles and take Exit 29 CT Route 14A. At the bottom of the ramp, TURN RIGHT on 14A. At the intersection of 14A and Norwich Road go STRAIGHT. Continue on Cemetery Road for approximately 2 mile to Canterbury Road. Turn LEFT on Canterbury Road. Plainfield Central School will be on your right.
POMFRET COMMUNITY SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Take a RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple street and route 101. Turn RIGHT on 101 (going towards Pomfret) for approximately 3.5 Miles. At the intersection of 101 and 169 the school is on your RIGHT.
FOR CROSS COUNTRY: Address is 1 Railroad Street. Follow directions from KIS to Pomfret Community School. At the Intersection of Route 101 & 169, take a RIGHT (at the light) onto Route 169. Continue North (Towards Woodstock/Putnam) for approx .7 Miles. Take a LEFT onto RAILROAD STREET (This intersection is in the "S Curve" IF you go down the hill you are too far). There is also a WHITE apartment house in front of you. Parking in the parking lot at the top of the hill.
PUTNAM MIDDLE SCHOOL:

From KIS: Turn LEFT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple Street and Lake Road approximately 2 miles. Turn RIGHT on Lake Road go approximately ¼ mile and turn LEFT onto I-395 NORTH towards Putnam. Take the FIRST Putnam Exit (95). Turn RIGHT at the end of the exit onto Kennedy Drive. Continue STRAIGHT to the traffic light. Go STRAIGHT on Kennedy Drive and take the FIRST LEFT on Bridge Street. Continue STRAIGHT on Woodstock Ave to the next traffic light, Cumberland Farms will be on your right. Go THROUGH the light and take a LEFT onto Wicker Street. Take a RIGHT up the driveway you will see the ROCK that says Putnam Elementary School. Continue past P.E.S and go out back to the Middle School.
FOR SOCCER: Continue on Wicker Street (This will turn into KEECH STREET). You will pass a baseball field on your RIGHT and VanDale Street will be on your LEFT. KEECH STREET will turn into RECREATION PARK ROAD. Bear to the left and the soccer field will be on your RIGHT.
RECTORY SCHOOL:

Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple Street and Route 101. Turn RIGHT on to Route 101. Continue on route 101 for approx 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection of Route 101 and Route 169 (Pomfret Middle School will be on your RIGHT). Turn RIGHT onto Route 169. Continue for approx 2.4 Miles Rectory will be on your left side. Land marks are Pomfret Prep school is on your left just before Rectory. IF you reach a FOUR WAY intersection you have gone too far.
THOMPSON MIDDLE SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Turn LEFT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple Street and Lake Road approximately 2 miles. Turn RIGHT on Lake Road go approximately ¼ mile and turn LEFT onto I-395 NORTH towards Putnam.
Boys and Girls Soccer will be played at Thompson Middle School. Take 395 - north get off exit 98. This puts you on Route 12. Continue on Route 12 until you come to the Village Package store. The next right will be marked with a sign Thompson Early childhood Center and Mary R. Fisher Elementary. Take this right. Soccer field is up the hill to your left. Park in the elementary parking lot.
Basketball will be played at the Thompson Middle School: From South Take Rt. 395 North Exit 98 (left hand exit) onto Rt. 12. Follow straight onto Rt.12. Continue for 1 1/2 miles. As Rt. 12 curves to the left you will see a sign for the school on the left. The driveway for the school is on the right (blind drive). Turn right up the hill to the school entrance. if you go pass the Town Hall you have missed the driveway.
Baseball is played at the Thompson Senior League field: To Senior league Field: Follow the above directions off of Rt. 395. Instead of turning up the hill at the sign for the school, go pass this entrance. Take the next left onto Main Street. Go over railroad tracks and continue pass St. Joseph's Church. As you go around the sharp curve to your right, you will see a sharp left. Take this left onto Reardon Road. As you begin to climb this hill, the road forks, stay to your right onto Red Bridge Road. The Senior League field is a quarter of a mile up on the left. Park in the lot.
Softball is played at Riverside Park: To Riverside Park: Follow the above directions off RT. 395. Instead of turning up the hill at the sign for the school, go pass the entrance. Take your first left onto Main Street. As soon as you turn left, you will go over railroad tracks. There is an immediate right turn into the park. You will see the gazebo on your left as you make the turn. Follow all the way back to the softball field, which is at the end of the park.
WHEELER MIDDLE SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Turn RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple/Maple Street and route 101 (By 4Gs Pizza) and Turn LEFT on Route 101 going towards Killingly Commons / I-395 for approximately 1 mile. Get on I-395 South and travel for approximately 19 miles and take Exit 22 CT Route 164 South. At the bottom of the ramp, TURN LEFT on to Route 164 South. Travel on Route 164 for approximately 15.5 miles to a “T” intersection (you will pass Preston Planes Middle School on your RIGHT). Turn LEFT onto Norwich-Westerly Road (CT Route 2). You will Pass in order: FOXWOODS Casino (on Right), Intersection of Route 201 (on Left), A small shopping mall (on Right), A Chucky’s Shell gas station (on Right). This is where the road splits into Main Street and Route 2. Continue on Route two and the Sport Fields are on the RIGHT.
WOODSTOCK MIDDLE SCHOOL:

FROM KIS: Take a RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple street and route 101. Turn RIGHT on 101 (going towards Pomfret) for approximately 3.5 Miles. At the intersection of 101 and 169 take a RIGHT on 169. Follow route 169 for approximately 5 miles and Woodstock Middle School is on the right. IF you reach route 171 (see the Woodstock Fair Grounds) you have gone too far!
IF you wish to go via 395: Take 395 to exit 97/ Route 44-W. Turn LEFT onto Route 44 and travel about 1 mile, turn RIGHT onto Providence Street. Continue on to Route 171. Take a LEFT onto Route 169. Woodstock Middle School is on the left.
BENTLEY SPORTS COMPLEX:

FROM KIS: Take a RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple street and route 101. Turn RIGHT on 101 (going towards Pomfret) for approximately 3.5 Miles. At the intersection of 101 and 169 take a RIGHT on 169. Follow route 169 for approximately 5 miles to the intersection of Route 169 and Route 171 (you will see the Woodstock Fair Grounds in front of you) Take a LEFT onto route 169 (Norwich Worcester Turnpike) Drive for appox 8 tenths of a mile (going up hill and past a stop light) and Bentley Sports Complex is on your RIGHT.
IF you wish to go via 395: Take 395 to exit 97/ Route 44-W. Turn LEFT onto Route 44 and travel about 1 mile, turn RIGHT onto Providence Street. Continue on to Route 171, passing the Woodstock Fairgrounds on the RIGHT. From the Fairgrounds drive for appox 8 tenths of a mile (going up hill and past a stop light) and Bentley Sports Complex is on your RIGHT.
WOODSTOCK FAIRGROUNDS FOR QVJC CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP:
FROM KIS: Take a RIGHT out of KIS and go to the intersection of Upper Maple street and route 101. Turn RIGHT on 101 (going towards Pomfret) for approximately 3.5 Miles. At the intersection of 101 and 169 take a RIGHT on 169. Follow route 169 for approximately 5.3 miles until you reach route 171 (see the Woodstock Fair Grounds) Turn LEFT on Rt 171. Approximately .3 miles and Roseland Park Road is on your right (you will see the traffic light ahead of you). Turn RIGHT on to Roseland Park Road. Go Approximately .1 miles on Roseland Park Road and take a RIGHT onto Stone Bridge Road. Continue on Stone Bridge Road for approximately .2 miles Parking is on your RIGHT (you will see traffic directors there for parking).
IF you wish to go via 395: Take 395 to exit 97/ Route 44-W. Turn LEFT onto Route 44 and travel about 1 mile, turn RIGHT onto Providence Street. Continue on to Route 171 until you reach the Woodstock Fair Grounds and the intersection with 169. Continue STRAIGHT for approximately .3 miles and Roseland Park Road is on your right (you will see the traffic light ahead of you). Turn RIGHT on to Roseland Park Road. Go Approximately .1 miles on Roseland Park Road and take a RIGHT onto Stone Bridge Road. Continue on Stone Bridge Road for approximately .2 miles Parking is on your RIGHT (you will see traffic directors there for parking).
