Click Here for Laura Pike Rowe Scholarship Students applying for the Laura Pike Rowe scholarship must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible. A graduate of Killingly High School or Ellis Vocational Technical School who plans to major in agronomy with an emphasis on floriculture and horticulture, or forestry. A typewritten essay (2 pages maximum) discussing your previous academic work, life experience, future plans and intent on studying agronomy in addition to the application is required.
