Students applying for this scholarship must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible. A graduate of Killingly High School or Ellis Vocational Technical School who plans to major in agronomy with an emphasis on floriculture and horticulture, or forestry. A typewritten essay (2 pages maximum) discussing your previous academic work, life experience, future plans and intent on studying agronomy in addition to the application is required. Application must be mailed or dropped off for review by committee members at Killingly High School, Vo-Ag Department, 226 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT 06241. Deadline- Friday, April 29, 2:00 p.m.
