Chubby Dog Coffee began April 5th, 2021 with a simple goal; make great coffee that could be enjoyed in a cool environment. Today, we now have 2 locations with a concept in full motion that brings people together with their love of coffee, gaming, and all things nerdy! Chubby Dog is a nostalgic shrine to the 90's and 2000's, and a great place to bring back a concept we feel is dying; community! Face-to-face interactions are slipping away from our society, and to us, coffee shops were always the gathering place for those types of interactions, and we will continue to strive to bring them back to life through fantastic coffee, craft cocktails, yummy pastries, video games, board games, and always supporting local efforts!

The Vanilla Bean Café opened in 1989 with a seating capacity of 16, today we seat 90 inside and 40 outside! Located in a restored, early 19th century barn in scenic Pomfret, Connecticut, The Vanilla Bean Café is owned and operated by the Jessurun Family: Barry and Brian, with occasional appearances by and help from the rest of the family. Our Philosophy was simple: “Create a place where we would feel comfortable and serve food that we would want to eat. If we wouldn’t eat it, we certainly wouldn’t serve it. KPS Artwork will be located in the back of the restaurant's seating area near the piano/couch.
